From 29th annual Wyandotte Nation Pow-Wow Website:

The 29th Annual Wyandotte Nation Pow-Wow will be held Sept. 7-9 at the Pow-Wow Grounds located just off of Hwy 60 between Wyandotte, Okla. and Seneca, Mo. The event is FREE!

Grand Entry will kick off the event Friday evening 8 pm Sept. 9. There will be two sessions on Saturday, the first one will start at 1:30 pm with Grand Entry and the second session will open the evening Grand Entry at 7 pm. The event will wrap up Sunday afternoon, beginning with the Grand Entry at 1:30 pm.
NOTE: Come early to watch Gourd Dancing before Grand Entry.

The Head Singer this year will be Gene Sovo, the Head Man Dancer Chuck Bread, the Head Lady Dancer Nicole Ponkilla, the Head Gourd Dancer Murry Rhoads Jr., the Arena Director is Dude Blalock, Head Judge Jay Blalock, Master of Ceremonies Steve Kinder, and the Northern Drum will be Redscout. The Honor Guard is the Wyandotte Nation Honor Guard, and representing the Wyandotte Nation is Princess Sara Wright.

Plan and come to enjoy the fun, dancing and food vendors. If you are a dancer, come compete for the $35,000 in total prize money.
