aster Island Festival is a rain or shine event and tickets are non-refundable.

Easter Island Festival is a BYOB event. We do not serve any alcholic beverages. You must be 21+ to drink alcholic beverages.

Your pet animal is not allowed at the festival. If you arrive with a pet animal, you will not be allowed to enter the festival. Click here for a list of kennals in the area.

Camping will be provided at no extra cost and we suggest that all attendees stay over night and camp with us.

Only 3 Day Orchard Passes include RV camping (Small RV's Only Max Height 11ft / Max Length 24ft) All other RV campers will need to purchase a RV pass. If you have a larger RV and want to purchase the 3 Day Orchard Pass, you will need to purchase a Orchard RV Pass)

If you do camp, be sure to bring plenty of warm gear, a tent, a sleeping bag, extra food and beverages, and what ever else you might need to camp.

Fires are allowed in firepits only. If there is a burn ban, fires will not be allowed.

We will provide bathrooms but will not provide showers.

GA & ORCHARD camping are car camping sites. This means that you may camp next to your car. Once you are set-up we ask that you do not leave with your car. If you have to leave and come back your car will have be re-searched when re-entering the festival.

Venue/Promoter are not responsible for any materials misplaced, lost or stolen. It is recommended you don't bring valuable items or if you do, please lock them in your car for safety.

Venue/Promoter are not responsible for any injuries you may receive or cause while attending Easter Island Festival.
