| Description: | From 74th Annual Carter County Free Fair Website: This years fair begins with fair exhibit entries being accepted from 4:00pm until 7:30pm in the North Wing of the Hardy Murphy Coliseum on Tuesday, September 6th. Our official opening ceremonies will be Wednesday, September 7th at 6:30pm
in the main arena and the fair will be open through Saturday, September 10th.
This year will be the 74th year for the Carter County Free Fair and we are excited to bring another year of family fun and tradition.
There will be entertainment, horse events,
petting zoo, kid's games and more. There will be animal attractions, livestock shows, craft vendors and lots of fun for the entire family.
