40th ANNUAL ARTS FESTIVAL, presented by The Ponca City Art Association. This two-day juried festival takes place on the grounds of the Ponca City Art Center located in the Historic Soldani Mansion at 819 E. Central Avenue. Art will be judged by Dr. Karen York, Curator at the Sherwin-Miller Jewish Museum of Art in Tulsa, Oklahoma and also art professor at Tulsa University. A $300 First, $200 Second, and $125 Third Place cash prize will be awarded for each category. A $300 cash prize will be awarded to Best of Show. The non-monetary Florence Riesen Award will be given to the winner of the People's Choice Category. The Fine Arts Festival will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. Contact: (***) ***-****.
