Over one hundred years Bristow has been home to several Lebanese immigrants. Tabouleh is a Lebanese dish made of bulgur wheat. There are many different dishes that incorporate Tabouleh. So many that even the name Tabouleh has multiple spellings. Ta-boo-lee is a staple for many families in this area. Bristow is home to the Bishop Brothers Taboli Factory and Slyman's Lebanese Foods. You can find their products in your local grocery store.

Vendors, entertainment, activities, karaoke style Bristow Idol competition, Tabouleh Fest Pageant, and two nights of the Tabouleh Fest Rodeo!

This year we are celebrating 10 years of Tabouleh Festival magic. Would you join us as we welcome some very special guests. We have a logging group who will put on two logging shows and three logging clinics for you to get your "log on" during the day.

We also will be welcoming "Stretch the 9 Foot Clown" who will be bringing his stilts for you to try out. Who doesn't want to try some stilts out, right?

Come see our Bubble Tower and play in the bubbles. The Bristow Farmer's Market also will kick off the same day. Be sure to make your way to south main to see all of the beautiful flowers and homegrown/made items.

Bristow is a GOOD place to be during the second Saturday in May.
