We can't believe it, but the 2014 show will be our 8th Indie Emporium! We held our first IE in 2007 in the Mathews Warehouse in Tulsa's Brady District and we're excited to return to our roots with the Arts & Humanities Hardesty Arts Center this year. From our humble beginnings of 36 lovely vendors, 10 gallery artists, and 5 runway designers, our event has grown to showcase hundreds of artists over the years from all over the US, gallery artists from around the world, and featured some of the regions top fashion designers.

Indie Emporium has called the VFW in Tulsa's Pearl District and Living Arts of Tulsa home year after year, but we are excited about our returning to our 2013 venue and can't wait to fill the amazing multi-story AHHA (Hardesty Arts Center) space with makers, artists, and folks that want to support the handmade movement again.

Since year one, IE has chosen to support the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma through canned food drives and auctions. With the help of our generous vendors and patrons, we have provided tens of thousands of meals to our neighbors in the Tulsa area. Our show will again have a canned food drive and fundraiser for the Food Bank to help ensure those in our community have access to food during the holidays (and all year!), and you can help; bring canned food goods with you to be donated, and well take $3 off your ticket price at the door. There will also be a silent auction for you to get some stellar goods while supporting an amazing cause.

We are hard at work to make 2014 our best show yet! We'll have 50 hip craft vendors, make-&-take craft stations, another crowd-sourced Instagram gallery exhibit, workshops and demos led by some of the hippest handmade artists and crafters around, and much more.
