A fall tradition in Southern Oklahoma returns for its 43rd season in 2014. It's the Carter County Arts and Crafts Festival & Food Fair. It takes place on Friday, November 14th and Saturday, November 15th at Hardy Murphy Coliseum in Ardmore, Oklahoma.

Festival hours are from 9 am to 8 pm on Friday, November 14th and 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday, November 15th.

Admission to the festival is free and parking is $3 per car.

This has become an annual event for many excited visitors who are browsing, shopping, and looking for that perfect gift item. With such an outstanding selection of holiday specialties, hand-crafted jewelry, folk art, unfinished wood furniture, and so much more, you are sure to find exactly what you are looking for.

Carter County H.C.E. Association will have their food concession with soups, cornbread, and lots of homemade pies. Seven other food booths will be set up as well with all kinds of specialties.

Admission to the festival is free and parking is $3 per car. Parking is coordinated by the Carter County 4-H club benefitting not only the county but the individual local clubs as well. This has become one of their largest fundraisers. Your $3 is helping these kids reach their full potential, working and learning in partnership with caring adults.

225 booths will be set up in all three wings of the coliseum as well as in the indoor arena. There are people coming from forty Oklahoma cities as well as surrounding states. A number of booths are held by local residents who for many years have enjoyed being part of the Festival.
