| Description: | Exhibitor information and instructions: Womenâs World will be held in the Centennial Building adjacent to the International Building (Commercial exhibits) and will be open free of charge to all persons in attendance at the NSRA event. EXHIBIT DATES AND HOURS: Friday April 9th 2010 9a.m. until 5p.m. Saturday April 10th2010 9a.m. until 5p.m. Sunday April 11th2010 9a.m. until 3p.m. The exhibit buildings will be open to the general public at 9:00 a.m. each morning and will close at 5:00 p.m. Friday, Saturday and 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. The buildingâs exhibitor door will open at 8:30 a.m. each morning for exhibitors with proper credentials only. This will allow exhibitor to re-stock and ready their booth and area prior to opening. The Centennial Building will be locked securely upon our departure each night. The doors will be locked promptly at 5:00 p.m. so be ready to pack up and leave at that time. You must be out of the building by 5:10p.m. BOOTH SIZES AND FEES: All spaces are 10 feet by 10 feet - $135.00 Corner spaces are an additional - $25.00 Complementary electrical and tables (Contact us for specifics) (If you need more than 100 square feet, please apply for more spaces.) | |
